About

Georgina Pampiglione is a Freelance Product Consultant with over 12 years’ experience across the luxury and premium footwear and accessories industry.

After studying at Cordwainers in London, Georgina built her career working with leading brands including Jimmy Choo, Nicholas Kirkwood, Bionda Castana, Jennifer Chamandi and Camilla Elphick, where she held the position of Head of Product.

With extensive experience across the full 360° product lifecycle, Georgina brings a deep understanding of product strategy, development, sourcing, production and logistics.

Her expertise spans multiple categories, including women’s and children’s footwear, bespoke product, leather accessories, belts, homeware and jewellery, as well as managing complex supplier and factory networks.

Today, she partners with founder-led and growing brands to provide experienced product leadership exactly where it’s needed. From concept and collection planning through to sourcing, production and launch, she offers senior expertise on a flexible basis — helping brands build strong product foundations, navigate challenges and bring their collections to market efficiently and successfully.
